Elma Friesen started Real Estate in 1995 and has built a successful career based largely on client referrals.
She has developed great working relationships with her peers and other professionals in the industry, and has a reputation of putting her clients needs first.
Together with her husband Gilbert, she has raised 2 daughters, Mycaela and Kaitlyn, both in University studying Athletic Therapy in the field of Kinesiology.
Having raised her family, she understands how lifestyle needs can change over time, from the purchase of a first home, to the sale of a family home with a move toward retirement in a condo. How building home equity can see people investing in cottages or expanding an investment portfolio. She also has new build experience, having gone through the process personally, and working with many of the great builders in our area.
She has been a Consistent Award Winner and enjoys taking continuing education courses through the Manitoba Real Estate Association, completing the Real Estate Broker requirements and Market Value Appraiser.
Elma understands that these transactions involve the largest single amount of money an individual will spend, and can be stressful, therefore she takes pride in guiding her clients through the process based on experience and current market trends that help them to negotiate the best contract for their personal needs and financial situation. That is the reward.
